This Privacy Policy explains how XENA LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Lethal Ape Reworked (the "App"), a VR experience available on the Meta Quest platform. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

You can manage app permissions through your Meta account and device settings at any time. Uninstalling the App will stop further data collection going forward.

By downloading, installing, or using Lethal Ape Reworked ("the App"), developed by XENA LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must meet the minimum age requirements set by the Meta Quest platform and your local laws to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of a minor, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a compatible Meta Quest device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The App may include multiplayer or social features. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, but reserve the right to remove access for anyone who violates these Terms or platform guidelines.
All game content, characters, art, and code within the App are owned by XENA LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to you.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device configuration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XENA LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including motion sickness or injury sustained while using VR hardware.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Lethal Ape Reworked, including its game code, level design, characters, creature designs, 3D models, textures, audio, music, sound effects, user interface, logos, and the "Lethal Ape" and "Lethal Ape Reworked" names and marks (collectively, the "Content"), is the exclusive property of XENA LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This notice covers the App itself as distributed on the Meta Quest platform, as well as this website, including its text, layout, and imagery. Nothing on this site or within the App may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the prior written permission of XENA LLC.
"Lethal Ape," "Lethal Ape Reworked," and associated logos are trademarks of XENA LLC. All other trademarks, product names, and company names referenced on this site or within the App — including Meta, Meta Quest, and Oculus — are the property of their respective owners, and their use here does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
Community fan art, clips, and streams of the App are welcome for personal, non-commercial use. This does not extend to redistributing modified builds, extracted game assets, or reworked versions of the App itself without permission.

XENA LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Content.
